How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed and prepared to be shipped within 2-5 business days. Delivery times may take 1-4 weeks from the time of purchase to shipping your order worldwide unless is specified in the product description. Sometimes we have special sales with priority shipping e.g. 5-10 days shipping. Shipping times can be found in the product description too.
How does shipping work?
We works with global merchants and handmade artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most awesome products. This means that your order is shipped from all over the world.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 1-4 weeks to arrive. If you buy different items it is probably you will receive more than one package.
Please do not worry if it does not show up immediately. And yes, we do provided tracking number.
How can I return an item?

What payment methods do you take?
We take Credit Card (Visa, Master and Discovery), Paypal and Google Checkout. Check is acceptable with prior arrangement.
How do I cancel my order?
1) Orders can be canceled only if the order has not yet been in production.
2) There will be a 3% order cancellation fee on all orders to cover the processing fees.
3) Orders can be canceled by emailing us at support@designbyluna.store.
How long will it take for you to reply to my message?
We do our best to respond to inquiries within 1-3 hours, but please allow up to 24 hrs - especially on weekends or holidays.
How can we sell this for below the MSRP?
1) We are factory-direct, cut down the middle process cost
2) We do not operate expensive warehouse or showroom, we sell online ONLY.
3) We do not pay flashy advertisements.
4) We minimize the cost of all aspects of the process and share the savings with the customer.
Customs charged me extra for my delivery, now what?
We are very sorry to hear about the custom fee, however it is beyond our control. This is not a fee imposed nor collected by our company. Unfortunately some governments randomly pick packages they check and decide to charge extra for import.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused, but there is literally nothing we can do about this.
My question is not answered in the FAQs, what should I do?
